Matt can be described as a jack-of-all-trades for Social NetworX. He does everything from customer support to researching the newest technology, websites, and social platforms out there for real estate agents to stay ahead of the game. His key role is to bring structure and organization to the team.
Matt has been working in the real estate industry for more than six years and his experience has given him the insight to create a curriculum that is specific to the real estate community. He has been a key player in developing the most effective social media training program. Matt has worked tirelessly to perfect his training programs and as a result, Social NetworX has produced the best curriculum for agents out there!
Matt has an extremely competitive nature both on and off the field. He enjoys staying active by playing soccer and keeping up with his daughter. This aggressive nature helps keep Social NetworX ahead of the competition.

Margie Kossman
Admin Director
Margaret has over six years experience in the real estate industry working as a part of an extremely successful mortgage company in 2005. The success of that company allowed John, Matt, Margaret, and Liz to explore other business ventures together, which led to the creation of Social NetworX Inc.
She loves being able to see the ideas of the Social NetworX team brought to life in the website. “We are very proud of our work and we hope many people can benefit from it.”
When Margaret is not implementing the ideas of the Social NetworX team to the website you can find her biking, dancing, and spending time with her family.
Margaret received a B.S. in Behavioral Science and minor in Criminal Justice from Cal Poly Pomona.

Liz Kossman
Admin Director
Liz was part of the original team and has seen the company grow into what it is today. “We have built Social NetworX with our passion for helping real estate professionals and we could not have done it without our team.”
When Liz isn’t keeping everything in order at the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, John (Company President) and their two yorkies. Liz is also a twin sister to Margaret, who is part of the team as well. Her favorite part of working at Social NetworX is coming in everyday and working with such wonderful people.
Her biggest accomplishment within Social NetworX is helping create a system that truly works. “We have helped so many real estate professionals by the way of our live and online training systems, it’s been rewarding to see how it has impacted the industry in a positive way.”
Liz received a B.S. in Behavioral Science and minor in Criminal Justice from Cal Poly Pomona.
